Soft chambers and hospital treatment

A soft chamber has a flexible outer enclosure that becomes firm under pressure. We use a soft Oxydise chamber. We describe the experience without assuming that findings from hospital hyperbaric treatment apply to our wellness sessions.

The Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society distinguishes low-pressure fabric chambers from established medical hyperbaric treatment. Ask us for the actual equipment settings if your healthcare professional needs them to advise you.

What red light research can tell us

Red and near-infrared light have been studied for some skin and hair concerns. The American Academy of Dermatology explains that research varies by device, dose and schedule, and that more evidence is needed.

That is not a promise of a benefit from our lie-down setup. We offer a non-medical wellness experience, and individual experiences vary. Discuss any particular skin concern or light sensitivity with a healthcare professional.

Why we do not list conditions we can treat

We do not offer to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. We do not use a list of conditions to imply results from our sessions.

If you are receiving care or taking medication, ask your healthcare professional about suitability. Our team can answer practical questions about the equipment and your visit.
