A bed beneath the red light panels

Our horizontal panel setup lets you lie down during your appointment. We explain positioning, timing and any eye protection required by the equipment instructions.

Ask us about the panel specifications if you would like more detail.

What to expect

We explain the equipment and help you get comfortable beneath the panels. Before we begin, we guide you through positioning, session time and any protective equipment you need.

You can find our current red light session lengths in the live booking list. Ask us about your chosen appointment and we will explain the session length and how much time to allow for getting ready.

Understanding the evidence

Red light therapy has been studied for a range of skin and hair concerns. Research uses different devices and treatment schedules, so findings cannot be assumed to apply to every device or session.

The American Academy of Dermatology notes that more research is needed and that results vary. A dermatologist can advise you about a specific skin condition. We do not promise a medical outcome from our wellness sessions.

Light-sensitive conditions and some medicines can affect suitability. Temporary irritation can occur. Follow the equipment instructions and tell us about discomfort during a session.
